  4. Use migration and import features to archive historic emails. Using migration feature, Super Admin can migrate. Using Import feature, administrator can migrate.

  5. Which email servers are supported by UDP Archiving?
  6. UDP Archiving supports integration with multiple email servers. For example, Microsoft Exchange 2010, 2013, 2016, Microsoft Office 365, Google Professional Suite.

  7. Which platforms are supported by UDP Archiving?
  8. UDP Archiving can be deployed using multiple platforms. For example, VMware, Hyper-V, and Amazon AMI instance.

  9. Can Administrator view emails?
  10. No, administrator can only configure employees and auditors. Only employees and auditors can view and download the email messages.

  11. Can I increase the storage capacity when required?
  12. Yes, you can use the simple method of increasing storage by adding new disk using the Configuration tab in UDP Archiving Console.

  13. Can I check my archived emails from Web browser?
  14. Yes, use your credentials to log into the web console and access archived emails. Outlook plug-in integration lets you open web console directly from Outlook.

  20. Yes, enter your credentials in the Search option.

  21. Can I archive calendar, tasks, and contacts?
  22. UDP Archiving lets you archive emails from Inbox and Sent folders. Calendar and tasks are archived only when included in Inbox and Sent folders. Contacts are not archived.
