ARCserveCfg.exe - Examples

The following are examples of syntax for the ARCserveCfg.exe command:

• Use the following command to update the Arcserve Backup domain name:

ARCserveCfg.exe -reconfig –arcservedomain <NewARCserveDomainName> -username <WindowsUserName> –password <WindowsUserPassword> –carootpassword <CarootPassword>

• Use the following command to update the primary server name:

ARCserveCfg.exe –reconfig –username <WindowsUserName> –password <WindowsUserPassword> [–carootpassword <CarootPassword>]
