Prerequisites to Install the SAP HANA Agent

Before installing the Enterprise Option for SAP HANA, complete the following tasks:

• Verify that your system meets the minimum hardware and software requirements needed to the Enterprise Option for SAP HANA. For a list of requirements, refer Arcserve Backup Release Notes.
• Verify that the Arcserve Backup server component is installed in your system.
• Verify that you have super user privileges.
• Verify that the SAP HANA server component is installed on the computer where you will install the Enterprise Option for SAP HANA.
• You need to install the relevant compat (32-bit) (libstdc++33-32bit.*) package to proceed with the smooth installation of the agent.

Important: If you see the following error do not proceed with the installation:
