Reason:

The system does not support TNG.

Action:

To address this message, check the following:

• Verify that the configured Unicenter NSM (formerly Unicenter TNG) console in BAB_HOME/config/calogger.cfg exists.
• Verify that Unicenter NSM is installed and running on the same machine where Arcserve Backup is running.
