The system does not support TNG.
Action:
To address this message, check the following:
- Verify that the configured Unicenter NSM (formerly Unicenter TNG) console in BAB_HOME/config/calogger.cfg exists.
- Verify that Unicenter NSM is installed and running on the same machine where Arcserve Backup is running.
If the problem persists, contact Arcserve support for online technical assistance and a complete list of locations, primary service hours, and telephone numbers.
