Reason:
This could be because of the following reasons:
- Cannot find last backup date in the database. This could be a normal message if you just purged the Arcserve Backup database and then an incremental or differential backup attempts to find a full backup record in the database.
- The database daemon (cadbd) may not be running
Action:
Verify that cadbd is running. If not, use the following command from the shell prompt:
