Reason:

The Job Engine was unable to create the Job Queue directory in the Arcserve Backup home directory.

Action:

The Arcserve Backup home directory may be invalid. Verify whether the home directory is a proper DOS format (8.3) directory. If applicable, verify whether the drive letter in the home directory exists.
