Job Engine
Reason:
The Job Engine was unable to purge the session from the file system device on disk because of an internal error probably because of the following conditions:
- The session may NOT be present on disk.
- The session might still be SnapLocked.
- The session might still be ACTIVE because it is being copied.
Action:
Use the Diagnostic Wizard to gather information for the following logs, which are located in the Arcserve Backup installation path \ LOG directory:
- JobQueue.log
- CADBLog.log
