Job Engine
Reason:
Before purging a session from disk, the Job Engine has to verify that it points the catalog file meant for File System Device on disk to the session on final destination. But this operation failed for the following reasons:
- The Catalog file was not present on disk for the session on File System Device.
- There is no more space on disk.
- An internal error.
Action:
Use the Diagnostic Wizard to gather information for the following logs, which are located in the Arcserve Backup installation path \ LOG directory:
- JobQueue.log
- CADBLog.log
