Reason:
The Database is NOT returning the copied sessions of the staging session on the media without a serial number because:
- Of an internal bug
The possible internal bugs are:
- The Arcserve database service is not running.
- The Arcserve database is not accessible due to the network problem.
- The user might not have enough privileges (credentials) to access the Arcserve database.
- The Arcserve database is not configured correctly.
- The media on which the copied session was present has already been erased.
Action:
Use the Diagnostic Wizard to gather information for the following logs, which are located in the Arcserve Backup installation path \ LOG directory:
- JobQueue.log
- CADBLog.log
