Unable to enumerate agent disk items. (AGENT= agent node name)

Backup Server

Reason:

When you select the complete agent node for backup, the backup server browses the agent node to get a list of volumes. If the server browse fails, an error message is logged. This error message may result due to any of the following conditions:

• Client agent is not running
• Security information for the agent is incorrect
• Network connection problems exist

Action:

• Verify the client agent is running, and you can ping the agent node from the server.
• Verify if the agent security information was modified.
• View both the job and activity logs to see if there were more related messages.
