Reason:

Failed to delete a slot record.

If you use incorrect slot table or the MMO status is locked, the MMO Database does not allow you to delete a slot record.

Action:

• Use the command line utility ("ca_mmo -reset") to unlock the MMO status.
• Check the error code.
