Reason:

This message indicates that the tape is full and no data can be written to it. If you are using a tape library, this message also indicates that the next media in the sequence is not currently available. Typically, Tape Libraries pick the media with the highest sequence number, but this error occurred because of one of the following conditions:

• A full media is in a stand-alone tape drive.
• A previous job tried to span on this media and the span was cancelled because a new media is not available.
• The next sequence media is not currently available in the tape library.

Action:

Ensure that the Activity log and Tape log are available.
