Agent for Virtual Machines

Reason:

• The standalone VMware converter is not installed on the proxy machine.
• The machine has VMware Converter Enterprise for Virtual Center installed on the proxy.

  Note: Arcserve Backup will not be able to recover the VM if the VMware Converter Enterprise for Virtual Center is installed on the proxy.

Action:

1. Install the standalone VMware converter on the proxy machine.
2. Use a machine which has standalone VMware converter installed as the proxy machine.
