Reason:

Unable to get volume details through the agent on the virtual machine (VM) or from parsing the VM disks.

Action:

To resolve this problem, perform one of the following options:

  1. If the agent is installed on the VM, register the VM to the primary server.
  2. If the agent is installed on the VM, ensure that the VM is accessible from the network.
  3. If the agent is not installed on the VM, run the backup again.
  4. If the problem continues to persist, contact Arcserve Support.
