Agent for Microsoft Exchange Server
Reason:
The Exchange Doc level agent couldn't restore data back to the Exchange server. The cause may be one of the following reasons:
- Exchange server service is down. For example, the Information store service.
- Exchange mailbox database is not mounted.
- Exchange mailbox server lost the connection to Exchange CAS (client access server) during the restore.
- If you set up the CAS array (client access server array), the server in CAS array which the Exchange Doc level agent connects to does not work during the restore.
Action:
- Make sure the Exchange server service runs properly.
- Make sure the Exchange mailbox database is mounted.
- Make sure Exchange CAS (client access server) works.
- If you are working with Exchange CAS array, make sure at least one CAS server works in CAS array.
- Check the agent side log and trace for details.
