Reason:

The Exchange Doc level agent could not get the information of the mailbox database. This may be caused by one of the following reasons.

1. The restore account does not have the appropriate privileges.
2. The mailbox database does not exist.

Action:

1. Make sure the mailbox database exists.
2. Make sure the account has the appropriate privileges.
