Agent for Microsoft Exchange Server

Reason:

1. w3svc (World Wide Web Publishing Service) is not running.
2. w3svc (World Wide Web Publishing Service) is running, but its port is not the default value, 80.
3. WinRM (Windows Remote Management) is not running.

Action:

1. Start w3svc service.
2. Make sure w3svc uses the default port, 80.
3. Start WinRM service.
