- The Agent for Oracle was launched by mistake.
- Your installation might be damaged.
Action:
To address this error, perform the following actions:
- Verify your installation.
- Check the agent.cfg file, located in the /opt/CA/BABcmagt directory, and ensure that the agent name oragentd only appears in the Oracle section (section 22).
If the problem persists, contact Arcserve support for online technical assistance and a complete list of locations, primary service hours, and telephone numbers.
