Reason:

One of the following script commands failed on the backup server:

• unmount
• resync

Action:

If the command umount failed, check the following:

• Check the script in the file hsssql.ini in the Hardware Snap-shot SQL Agent home directory on the backup server.
• Identify and close all other applications that may be accessing this volume or mount point, including Windows Explorer and open folder windows, antivirus real-time scanners, and Command Prompts.
• Verify that all desktop sessions except the session from which the backup is being managed are logged out, and that the drive or mount point being unmounted is not being accessed remotely through file sharing.
• Verify the umount command using the disk array control tools.

If the command resync failed, check the following:

• Check the script in the file hsssql.ini in the Hardware Snap-shot SQL Agent home directory on the backup server.
• Check that the pairs are properly created using the disk array control tools.
• Verify the resync command using the disk array control tools.
