• The pairs are not created by disk array control tools.

Action:

1. Check the script in the file “hsssql.ini” in the Hardware Snap-shot SQL Agent home directory on the backup server.
2. Check the pairs are created by the disk array control tools.
3. Verify the mount operation by the disk array control tools.
