Agent for MySQL

Reason:

The Agent for MySQL is unable to complete the restore job. This could be for the following reasons:

• Improper change of the source MySQL database
• Network communication error

Action:

For more information, check the following logs:

• Mqagentd.log
• ARCserve.log

  Note: The ARCserve.log is not generated automatically. To create the ARCserve.log, you need to run the following script: “ca_log –view Activity.log > ARCserve.log” to dump the contents of the Activity.log into this newly-created ARCserve.log file.
