Add Agents Result
The Add Agents Result dialog opens when Arcserve Backup cannot access the agents that you added or imported using the Add/Import/Export Agents dialog.
The Add Agents Result dialog provides you with a list of agents that Arcserve Backup cannot access and the corresponding status (reason) for each agent. If the reason for the failure relates to security credentials, the Add Agents Result dialog lets you modify the user name and password that Arcserve Backup requires to log in to the agent. Follow the on-screen instructions on the Add Agents Result dialog to add the agents and click OK. You can change the list by checking or unchecking the check box next to the agents.
The Add Agents Result dialog contains the following options:
- Select All--Lets you include all the agents listed.
- Clear All--Lets you remove all the agents listed.
- Security--Lets you change the user name, password or both that Arcserve Backup requires to log in to the agent.
Note: The Security dialog opens when you click this option.
- OK--Lets you retry the list of agents.
- Cancel--Lets you cancel the operation without making changes.
