Reason:
Arcserve Backup failed to SnapLock a session on the File System Device. This could happen for the following reasons:
Action:
See if the NetApp filer, from which the File System Device is mounted, still has SnapLock enabled for the volume.
Ensure the following log files are available from the Arcserve Backup installation path \LOG directory:
Note: The ARCserve.log is not generated automatically. To create the ARCserve.log, you need to run the following script: “ca_log –view Activity.log > ARCserve.log” to dump the contents of the Activity.log into this newly-created ARCserve.log file.
