Reason:

One or both of the job script files (job package) for the Hardware Shadow Copy database backup or restore could not be loaded.

Action:

• Verify that the following files are in the correct locations:

• Verify that the appropriate shadow copy backup agent is installed and running on the backup server.
• Verify that the appropriate backup agent is installed and running on the production server.
