Hardware Shadow Copy error: Failed to run the post-resynchronization script on Production Server, command “cmd” for database [DBNAME].

Reason:

The mount command failed on the production server.

Action:

  1. Check the script in the file “hsssql_phost.ini” in the SQL Backup Agent home directory on the production server.
  2. Check that the drive letter or mount point is not used by another volume.
  3. Check that the volume is not mounted as another drive letter or mount point.
  4. Verify the mount command using the disk array control tools.
