Reason:
Volume Shadow Copy service can not be started or Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider service can not be started.
Action:
Make sure Volume Shadow Copy service and Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider service can be started properly. Check the Windows Event Log for additional information.
