Job Scheduling Options

Jobs can be run immediately or scheduled for a later time.

Run your job immediately when:

• The job you are submitting is a "one-shot" job that you want executed immediately.
• You want to monitor the job as it runs.

Schedule your job when:

• The storage device is currently busy but you want to run your job as soon as the drive is free.
• The job you are submitting will be repeated on a regular basis, whether it is daily, weekly or monthly.
