The Inventory Slots dialog instructs the library to inventory media within a range of slots. After you manually insert, remove, or exchange media from the library magazine, use this function to update the slot information. This is generally used only when you are manually changing a limited amount of media. If you are updating the whole magazine, it is easier to use the Mount Magazine Command.
