Modify Alert Printer Recipients
Print recipients are used to alert users through a printed document. (These recipients are called Trouble Tickets in the Alert Manager.)
To configure the Printer recipient, enter the following:
- Company Name - Enter your company name.
- Location - Enter the location of your company.
- Trouble Ticket Header - Enter the information that should appear at the top of each Trouble Ticket
To choose a printer:
- Choose a printer from the Print Queue List by highlighting it.
- Click the Add button to move the printer to the Recipients column.
