Depending on the level of logging you have selected for the Tape Engine, you might not see the Tape Log tab in the Job Status Manager. This tab is only displayed if the level of logging for the Tape Engine has been set to Detail or Detail with Read/Writes. By default, the level of logging is set to Summary.
You can use the Arcserve Backup Server Admin to change the level of logging for the Tape Engine. For instructions on how to do so, see Tape Engine Configuration.
Note: After you have changed the level of logging, you must click Refresh in the Job Status Manager for the changes to take effect.
