This report provides information about all of the storage devices you are using with Arcserve Backup. It contains the information that is found in the Database Manager on the Device View window. This report gives you a convenient way of getting a hard copy printout of your Device View information. When you view this report, you are asked to select a storage device.
For each storage device, this report includes the following:
Why would you need to view this report?
You may need to view this report if you are experiencing problems with a storage device. It can indicate if it is time to clean the heads, or if you have the wrong firmware installed.
