Add SNMP Recipients

To add SNMP recipients, perform the following procedure:

1. Click Add.

   The SNMP Configuration screen appears.

2. Enter information on the Add SNMP Configuration screen.
   • Manager Name - Enter the name of the SNMP Manager.
   • Via IPX - Enter the 8 byte network address of the machine where the SNMP manager is located. Next, enter the 12 byte node address of the machine where the SNMP manager is located. Use this field for Novell networks.
   • Via IP - Enter the IP address of the machine where the SNMP manager is located. Use this field if you are running the TCP/IP stack.
3. Click OK to save your information.
