Configure the Trouble Ticket Recipient
To configure the Trouble Ticket option, enter the following information:
- Company Name--Enter your company name.
- Location--Enter the location of your company.
- Trouble Ticket Header--Enter the information that should appear at the top of each Trouble Ticket.
To choose a printer, perform the following procedure:
- Choose a printer from the Print Queue List by highlighting it.
- Click Add to move the printer to the Recipients column.
