Set Up and Use the Client Agent

To use the installed client agent to back up this machine, perform the following procedure:

1. Select the Use Agent check box.

   Note: The agent must be installed on the remote machine before you can use this option.

2. Choose Use Computer Name Resolution or input the IP address.

   Note: Check the Use Computer Name Resolution option to automatically search for the correct IP address each time you connect to this computer. Use this option if the IP address for the computer is not constant.

3. Click OK.
