By default, the Object Creation program creates Arcserve Backup objects in the local Unicenter repository. If the local World View is set up to work with a repository on a remote machine, the Object Creation program requires an additional parameter. To enter this parameter, run the Object Creation program from a command prompt and, from the Arcserve Backup home directory, enter:
CSTNGX.EXE /R REPOSITORY_NAME
or
CSTNGX.EXE /R
If you do not specify the repository name with "/R" and click Start, a dialog appears prompting you to enter an available repository.
Note: Unicenter TNG Framework does not support remote repository configuration.
