Enable and Disable Broadcast Messages

Broadcast messages from the file server are appearing at workstations where Arcserve Backup is running. How can I ensure that these messages do not appear?

From the Arcserve Backup Server menu, change the Arcserve Backup configurations. The default setting for the option Turn off all messages to workstations is No. Change this to Yes to prevent Arcserve Backup from sending any broadcast messages Arcserve Backup sends. This does not disable all network broadcast messages.

You can also use the NetWare CASTOFF ALL command from the workstation to prevent any broadcast messages from being received or displayed. Use CASTON to accept broadcast messages.
