Configure Enterprise Tape Library 3494 Drives

You must configure Enterprise Tape Library 3494 drives before configuring its volumes.

To configure Enterprise Tape Library 3494 drives

  1. Click Start, Programs, CA Technologies, ARCserve Backup, Enterprise Module Configuration.

    The Configure Enterprise Module window appears.

  2. Click Enterprise Tape Library 3494.

    The IBM 3494 Library Configuration dialog opens.

  3. Click Auto Config.

    CA ARCserve Backup will search the library for any newly added drives and displays them in the drive list.
