CA ARCserve Backup is a comprehensive, distributed storage solution for applications, databases, distributed servers, and file systems. It provides backup and restore capabilities for databases, business-critical applications, and network clients.
Among the agents CA ARCserve Backup offers is the CA ARCserve Backup Agent for Microsoft SharePoint Server. This agent let you back up and restore Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2010, and Microsoft SharePoint Service 3.0 data.
Although SharePoint environments can be complex and distributed across a number of machines, the agent provides full protection of SharePoint installations by consolidating all SharePoint data into a single node in the interface on the CA ARCserve Backup server.
