Reason:

The operating system failed to grant the memory requested by the Tape Engine to start a job.

Action:

1. Close unnecessary programs running on the machine.
2. Increase the amount of physical memory on the machine.
3. Lower the amount of shared memory for each job (Not recommended, due to performance impact)
