Media Server
Reason:
This error message occurs when Arcserve Backup tries to position to the next session on the media, but cannot find the next session. This error can occur when you submit a Scan job, restore a job, or merge a job for multiple sessions.
Action:
Because the error indicates that the next session to position to is not on the media, there is no action required. View the Job Log, the Activity Log, and the tape log in the SAN environment for both distributed and primary servers for more information. Ensure the TAPE.LOG is available.
