Media Server
Reason:
This error occurs during a backup. While writing to the media, the Daemon encountered a media problem and generated this error message. When this error message is generated, all other jobs multiplexed to the drive, including the master job, fail.
Action:
Typically, this error is preceded, in the Activity Log, by media-specific errors providing detailed information about the error. Additionally, in a SAN environment, view the tape log for both distributed and primary servers for more information. Ensure that the Tape Log is available.
