Library does not initialize as expected

If the library does not initialize as expected, click on any of the following problems to see possible solutions:

• After setup my library is not initializing correctly. -OR- The library is not reading in the media. -OR- The library is jamming the media into the library drive or not picking up the media from the library drive.
• After the library is initialized, all of the library slots indicate "Dismounted".
• I have enabled the Quick Initialization feature and Arcserve Backup is displaying the wrong information for the slots.
• The Quick Initialization Option is enabled but the library still reads all the media during initialization.
