The Device Records window displays information about the storage devices used with Arcserve Backup. This includes the type of device, vendor, SCSI ID, head clean count, and usage time.
Error Log tab
You will only see information in the Error Log if the tape drive has a critical error. An explanation of the fields in the Error Log appears below:

Number of soft read errors (see explanation above) that occurred during the job. |

Media Usage |
Amount of time the media was used during the job. |
|
KB written |
Amount of data written to the media during the job. |
|
Times Formatted |
Number of times media has been formatted. |
