Reason:

This could be because of the following reasons:

• The logger daemon (caloggerd) may not be running
• The status of the logger daemon (caloggered) may be abnormal.

Action:

To address this message, perform the following steps:

1. Check if caloggerd is running by entering the following at the command prompt:

   bab -show
   

2. Use the following command to load caloggerd if necessary:

   bab -load caloggerd
