Reason:
Job owner does not have proper access rights (permissions) to create log files.
Action:
Use the User Profile Manager to grant the user sufficient access rights to create log files.
If the problem persists, contact Arcserve support for online technical assistance and a complete list of locations, primary service hours, and telephone numbers.
