Failed to open TNG device.

Arcserve Backup Server (cprocess)
Reason:
This could be because of the following reasons:
- The TNG device may not be properly configured
- An RPC error has occurred
- Insufficient memory to create a new instance.
Action:
To address this message, check the following:
- Verify that the configured Unicenter NSM (formerly Unicenter TNG) console in BAB_HOME/config/calogger.cfg exists.
- Verify that Unicenter NSM is installed and running on the same machine on which Arcserve Backup is running.
If the problem persists, contact Arcserve support for online technical assistance and a complete list of locations, primary service hours, and telephone numbers.
