Reason:
The JOBENG.EXE module was unable to create a Thread object. Threads are created by this module to regularly scan the Arcserve Backup Job Queue for jobs ready to be executed and for Job Queue cleanup and maintenance.
Action:
Wait a few minutes and then execute the CSTOP command to stop all Arcserve Backup services, and then execute the CSTART command to restart all Arcserve Backup services.
If the problem persists, contact Arcserve support for online technical assistance and a complete list of locations, primary service hours, and telephone numbers.
