Reason:
The JOBENG.EXE module was unable to create a map view to a File Mapping object. This is an internal error.
Action:
Wait a few minutes and then execute the CSTOP command to stop all Arcserve Backup services, and then execute the CSTART command to restart all Arcserve Backup services.
If the problem persists, contact Arcserve support for online technical assistance and a complete list of locations, primary service hours, and telephone numbers.
