Reason:

The JOBENG.EXE module was unable to obtain information about a job in the Job Queue. This is an indication that the specified job may not exist in the job queue or that an internal error has occurred in accessing the job queue.

Action:

Check the Queue Error Codes (queue_error_code) for an explanation why it failed.

Verify that you specified the correct job number.
