Unable to get sessions name map from Tape Engine. (TapeName=Tape Name, ID=Tape RandomID, EC=Tape Engine Error Message)

Reason:

A session on a File System Device corresponds to a file on disk. At the point when the data migration job has to be created so that the session gets copied from disk to tape, the complete path name of the file corresponding to the session on the disk is required. But the Tape Engine failed to provide the path name of the session. This could happen for the following reasons:

• The session was not present on the file system device because of some other error.
• An internal error because of which a session number was not able to be resolved its corresponding file name.

Action:

Ensure the following logs are available from the Arcserve Backup installation path \ LOG directory:

• JobQueue.log
• CADBLog.log
• TAPE.LOG
